I created a form "Request Entry Form Project" where a person fill it and a group of email are notified.
This group makes an approval in the same form. I used the edit_link to do this.
When they approve or not this form I´d like to send a notification for the email filled in the form, like a response, can I do it?
Thanks a lot!

I am not sure if I'm following your question correctly, but I think you're asking if it's possible to send another notification when the form submission is edited via the edit link.
If that is what your query is about, then the answer to it is yes. Editing a form submission entry using the edit link automatically sends another notification email to the recipient address/es. The email message's subject line is prepended with "EDIT:", such as in the screenshot below.
There is no need to configure anything else to have the notifications resent whenever a submission is edited.
If I misunderstood your question and it is about something else, please do let me know. Thanks!

That´s not exactly my doubt!
Yes, I want to send another notification when the form submission is edited via edit link. BUT to another e-mail address, but this email is not fixed.
The first submission is notified to a comite and the edit link submission sends the notify to other email address.
I tried settin a notification and a autoresponse...but it doens´t work how I would like.

Unfortunately, what you want to accomplish is currently not doable within JotForm's means. Editing a submission cannot send an email message other than the notification/s configured for that form.
