I created and saved my Forms but they're not in my Account?

I created forms with your site and now they are listed in my forms page but when I open them they are not the forms I created they are a basic form.  HELP  where did my forms go?

I see that you have 4 forms in your account username mhudnall, are these not the ones you have created? If so, you might have created your form in a guest account. You should still have received an email regarding those forms, you can send us the link of those and we'll find it in our database and move it to your account. We'll wait for your response.
