    Email setting changed, don't get email notifications anymore

    I have three forms that send email notifications and they were working properly and now all of a sudden we aren't getting notifications anymore. Nothing on the forms has been changed. I tried to send a test email, but even that does not send.

    Hi Amybee,

    First off, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As i see you've already set the sender e-mail to noreply@jotform.com. Did you check your junk mail folder? I sent a test email using your form to my personal email address and i was able to get the notifications. You can also add those ips below to your whitelist.

    If you still experience the same problem, please do let us know. So we can investigate further.
