    Email notifications have stopped

    I've seen several people ask in the past week or two about not getting email notifications, and now mine have stopped as well.

     

    I had the form set up to make the email notification look like it was coming from the email address of the person sending it. After reading some of the advice here, I changed that to the noreply@jotform address. But it hasn't helped. The noreply address is whitelisted, and there's nothing in my Junk mail box. The IT folks at my office tell me they haven't made any changes recently that would affect my ability to get these notifications, and I haven't made any changes to the form (except the ones I mentioned above to try to fix the problem). But no one here is getting the Jotform messages. The submissions are still visible on the website, but it's not the most convenient solution.

    Kindly add these ip addresses to your mail provider's whitelist:

    174.34.57.214
    174.34.57.216
    174.34.57.218
    174.34.57.219
    208.117.50.251

    Can you please change Sender E-Mail to noreply@jotform.com and add these ip addresses to your mail provider's whitelist as Neil suggested.

    If you still experience the same problem, please do let us know. So we can investigate further.
