Adding music?

    is there a way to upload a music file from my desktop to the form?

    Hi,

    Yes that is possible, you can either use our widgets here: http://widgets.jotform.com/category/audio.

    Or if what you would like to accomplish is to let your users to upload files, then you can do that using the default File Upload field and limit the extensions to allow only audio files, here's a guide for that: http://www.jotform.com/help/29-Upload-Field-Allowed-File-Types.
