I need to be able to add totals for different entry fees per person and extra events. Is there a way to add this without having to use PayPal. We do not accept PayPal or credit cards all fees have to be paid in checks or cash? Do you have anyway to do this?
I added HTML with what I need it to do, but I would like the total then to be a data point in the email fields and the reports. Is there anyway to do this.
Writting hidden fields will be too complicated with the different otions that could be chosen.

Unfortunately no, we do not have anything to do calculations on non-payment forms. However, this is in out feature request list. So, we might be able to add this feature on the future versions.

This is now possible. We have just release a new field type on "Payment Tools". It is called "Purchase Order". It basically allows you to create payment forms without any payment vendor integration. You can use that to accomplish this.
