You can use conditions wizard to achieve this.
Thanks ,

Thanks Mayur. But condition wizard is not giving me an option to hide or show the specific item inside the drop down.

Hello alpgulden,
Unfortunately it is not possible to conditionally show/hide or add/remove items of drop down fields. The only possibility is to download your form's full source code and add custom JavaScript code to add/remove items form drop down question.
As a workaround, you may like to add different drop down question in your form and show/hide them based on the selection of another form field. You can take advantage of our "Conditions" feature to achieve your requirement. Please take a look at the following demo form which I created for you and see if this is similar to what you wanted to achieve: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/41531103084946?
Feel free to clone this form for a closer look. The following guide should help you in form coning: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
Hope this helps.
