I have noticed that since about mid January, I'm not receiving any submissions via email for any of my forms. They all have email set up, and have worked just fine in the past. Now emails have just completely stopped. I have tested it and gotten no emails, and checked my spam and they're not there either.

After checking your form I found that they all have same email address. That email address was on bounce list. Our system gave following result:
email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : soft-bounce
I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.
