I am seeing that you current have a Premium subscription on your account, to confirm, you would like to know how to downgrade your account back to our free plan?
Please follow the steps below to downgrade your account:
1. Click on the Profile icon in the upper right
2. Select "Account"
3. Select "Billing" from the left panel
4. Select "Switch Plan" on the free account option

I did this in March and we have since received 2 more bills. Please help get this stopped.
I just received a message stating this message was already addressed but we are still being billed. Can you please stop the billing?
Your subscription(account ID: 49402230) has been canceled, and the last charge refunded. Your account is now back to free status, do you want us to delete your account?
Thank you for your help. I would like to keep it in free mode for the time being, we just need the charges to stop. Connie Preisinger
