We need to have the ability to print out the form including the html text.  This form would then be signed by two of our

Board members and subsequently submitted to the Board for approval.

How can we show the html text on the print out of the submission

    My form is here.

    Hi debbiejane75,

You can use a hidden field in order to place the static HTML text that you've included in your form. For a working sample of this feature, please check your My Forms page and look for the cloned version of your Membership Form.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Have fun using JotForm!

    Thanks,

Hi, We also would like to add an HTML text (terms and conditions) that should appear on the PDF to be downloaded by the recipient.  I tested to add a text field and set to hidden but it's still not included in the PDF page.  Please help. Thank you.

@EmpowerC, as this is an old thread, your question has been moved to a support thread of its own:

We will be supporting you with it there, shortly. Thank you.
