Can I send a form and it's attachments as a PDF via email?

Hi all,

I need to send each submission that comes in from a certain form to our applicant management email account. They need to be sent as PDfs. Currently, we are downloading each submission individually and emailing them to the correct account. The submissions include uploaded resumes, cover letters, and qualifications for the position.

It would be a big help if there was a way to take the uploaded files and filled-out data and have it export to PDF to then be emailed automatically.

If this exists and I simply can't find it, please let me know!

Unfortunately, there is no way to include files other than images to submission PDFs. However, you can add download submission PDF link {pdf-link} into the form email alert.

It is possible to automatically receive uploads and PDFs with file sharing services integration:

- Dropbox Forms
- Box.net Integration
- Google Drive Integration
- FTP Integration
