You can find the submission data uploaded files in the View Submissions page of the form.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

I'm not talking about submitted forms. I mean when im creating a form and i insert an image using the image wizard. I now have probably 100 images uploaded in this so called 'wizard'. How do i manage these images that I have uploaded?

Thank you for the clarification. I now understand properly what you meant.

Unfortunately, there is no tool or facility within the Form Builder that will allow you management of those uploaded image files when using the Image field upload wizard.

when you are using the image wizard, you are only given a temporary session Guest account to allow connection and upload of the image.

The upload image process using the Image field is one way only. So you cannot use it as a tool to manage the uploaded images used in the form.

What I can suggest is to use upload website instead that will allow you to upload the images and manage them (i.e Dropbox, Google Drive). You can the use the link URL of the image if you want to add them to your jotform.

Hope this help. Please let us know if there is more we can assist you with.

    Thanks.

Okay thank you. For example I'm adding widgets to my forms. These widgets ask for image URLs. I know there are some images I have already uploaded into previous forms but I cant find them unless i use the image wizard and import them into my new form and then look at the settings.

Yes I understand what you meant. I also use this process on my end.

As mentioned, except this a bit of crude process, there is really no tool or facility we can use within the Form Builder for such purpose.

I will submit a request ticket to our higher team support if they can create/add such tool/feature within the Form Builder also.

I cannot give you guarantee if this feature will be approved or any given time frame for completion.

But will notify you on this thread for any status update when available.

    Thanks.
