    I do not receive the edit_link URL in the email.

    I have followed the steps above. However when I test the form the {edit_link} is not in the email.

    Hello rbeazley,

    Upon checking your form, I did not find any issue with that. You have added the {edit_link} correctly in the autoresponder email alert. The email address you input in your form field should receive autoresponder email with the edit link correctly.

    I tested your form by sending a test submission in your form. The autorespnder email that I received does display the edit link correctly. Please check the screenshot below:


    I would suggest you to test your form again and check the inbox of the email ID which you use in form submissions. You may also like to check your spam folder and see if the emails are there.

    It seems you are using the same email address in notification email alert and on the form's email field as well. I would suggest you to use some other email address in your form which testing and see if you receive the autoresponder email with edit link.

    Hmm interesting.  Thanks for that.

    The form has both Notification and Auto Responder setup.

    If the Notification email is the same one that you enter as the email address when submitting a response, then the Notification email is the only one you get.  You do not get the email via the Auto Responder process.

    Hello rbeazley,

    No. If the same email address is used to receive notification email and autoresponder email, you should actually receive both the email alerts.

    Did you check your spam folder and see if the autoresponder email ended up there. I am not sure why you are not receiving the autoresponder email but you have configured the autoresponder email alert correctly in your form. That is the reason why I suggested you to test your form by with some other email address in email field.

    Please be noted that you can also use your email address to send submission emails. You should actually add "Custom Sender" email in your account. The following guides should help you:
