how come we dont get a email with the submission info from form

I checked the notification settings for that form and it appears that everything is in place. I checked our system to see if your email joshuarake@gmail.com was a part of the bounce list and it was not listed.
All your email logs so that your notification email was successfully sent.
Did you check your junk/spam folder to see if they were listed? Are you checking your email through a Mail Client like Microsoft Outlook? If so, I would recommend that you check your email through your browser at http://gmail.com. Sometimes the Email Client block mails from a specific sender if perceived as spam. I would also suggest sending a test mail to see if you will receive it.
