How do I have forms email me submitted requests?

    I am in charge of creating shipping labels for all employees at my workplace. I am currently in the process of trying to make a request form where when the employees fills out the form - their request is sent to my email and I may from there be able to prioritize their request.

     

    If there is any fee or package I need to purchase I would like to know. I need this form to be able to submit request and it will get send to a link (my email).

    Your form is already configured to send the email notifications. You can also manage email settings at any time. Please take a look at the following guide to get the idea.

    Setting Up Email Notifications

    You can receive up to 100 form submissions (entries) per month with our Free plan. We also offer paid plans which come with increased submissions and space limits.
