    I was able to locate an account with your company's domain, linked to the email address da*a*ys*@frvta.org. 

    If you are the owner of this account, I have taken the initiative to send you a password reset request. You can gain access to the inbox for this email and follow the instructions in that email to have the password changed. Do let us know if further assistance is needed.
