My folders disappeared, my forms are still there. I am thinking there may be two accounts for me??? present account is andrewsweddings. I have created the folders again but have not transferred anything into them.

I checked on our system and I am only seeing two accounts associated with your information. One would be this account andrewsweddings and the other is a guest account.
Can you recall creating another account using a different email perhaps? We could do some more checks for you. Or, it is possible that you might have had multiple tabs open with the My Forms page while creating those folders. This could have caused this issue.
Going forward, I would recommend keeping a single tab open with your My Forms page when assigning each form to a specific folder. I hope this information helped. Please let us know if further assistance is needed.
