Can I have a secondary form populate when an item is checked?

    So, the first question on our form asks a customer to "Check One", where we have two options for customers to check.  We want to know if they check the second option, can there be another form that populates asking additional questions only if that option is checked?

    Hi,

    If you would like another section opened within your form with further options, you can do this using conditional logic in your form:

    You can have the fields shown conditionally or you can have a whole set of fields below a form collapse that are shown based on a single condition:
