My client says he's not getting his submissions

    Somethings is not working correctly. The emails and the conditions that send the emails are not working correctly. Please don't send me instructions on how to setup and email I know what i am doing. I created a private forum question on my account. I have tried using noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse. neither work correctly

    Please tell us the form and the email account with issue and we will check them also.

    I think your request is rude - especially if one considers that English might the recipient's second language. Under the circumstances, I have to ask - if, as you say, 'I know what I am doing' , then why are you asking for help?

    I initially was able to traced the OP's email to be recorded in our system as a phisher. The account associated to their email account was already suspended.

    For courtesy sake, I have requested if they can provide to us the form and email account they were having issue with, just in case it was a mistake on the system.
