Empty excel file

    Hola, tengo problemas para pasar a excell los envíos del formulario http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43610952445959.

    Es la primera vez que me pasa en 2 años y no se como resolverlo y es urgente que pueda pasar a excell los envíos.

    He hecho toma de pantalla para comprender mejor el problema.

    Base on your screenshot, when you downloaded your excel report your submissions were not listed in that report. It appears that this was a temporary issue which has now been resolved.

    I have created a standalone Excel Report from your form submissions and I can see all your submissions are listed. You can view it here: https://support.jotform.com/excel/50655038801048

    he intentado nuevamente pero no funciona, me pasa lo mismo que he explicado anteriormente.

    Sigo sin poder descargar al excell.

    Can you try clearing your browser cache to see if that will help? What browser are you using using? I am using Google Chrome and it works just fine.

    Did you try the spreadsheet I provided above?

    hola, he limpiado el caché del navegador y tampoco puedo descargarlo. Hemos probado en un PC en Argentina y tampoco funciona. Dice DESCARGAR pero al abrir el excell está en blanco como en la toma de pantalla que he enviado anteriormente.

    hola, tengo el mismo problema con los demás form, no solo con ese.

    todos los que hago desgargar, los descarga en excell pero al abrirlos no están los datos, con¡mo en la toma de pantalla adjunta.

    Necesito una solucion lo antes posible!gracias

    Our apologies! Please kindly check your email for the excel file. I have manually sent it to you. If you need to download the excel file for the other forms, then please let us know the URL's so we can do it for you while the issue is still raised to our developers.

    Our developers have just patched this problem a few hours ago and I have just tried downloading your form submissions from this form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43610952445959 and they appear to be in the excel file by now. Kindly try it again and update this thread if the issue remains the same to your end.
