I'am using a contact form to collect our customer's informations. We are doing kind of a contest, or a share/submit to win something for our small shop. It is only a short-term and we use this kind of aaps very few ..ones a year also, that's why we don't want to pay or use another aaps that was special made for this type of activities.

I've received about 25 inbox so far but now when you click on the link it show that the form has exceed an allocated quota. I've imported and deleted all inbox but it still didn't work. Can you please help me to fix this asap?

    Thank you in advanced.

    Kind regards,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I highly recommend that you also create an account first before proceeding. You can use this link to signup using your email account.

You currently have exceeded already the SSL submission limits for the FREE subscription. You can find more details about the different subscription packages in the JotForm Pricing page.

For this time only, I have reset back to zero(0) the current SSL submission count of our account and reinstated the account.

Please make sure to signup as suggested and you should be fine.

Let us know if you encounter any difficulty on the process.
