Form is loading too slow into our website

    Hello,

    I am writing to tell you that I am testing one of the contact forms we have done with tools of your website for online radio. The problem is that we have noticed that their service is very slow although very friendly and easy to use. I am a computer engineer and I have been measuring the response time of our website about your service. Our website is delayed 4 seconds on average lower and your Form 44 sec. As you can see the difference is substantial. We hope that this problem involving the speed of your server is solvable otherwise we will have to find another service that is faster.

    I'm sorry to hear that. But it seems that the problem is related to how the form is embedded to your website. There seems to be a conflict in the page that is causing the problem to happen. Kindly re-embed your form using our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. If there's a conflict, our iFrame method should help you fix it.
