    Hi Jim,

    You can prepopulate a form with the information from another form by passing information through URL parameters: http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-the-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters

    You can then use Custom URL "Thank You" page to redirect your users to the second form:

    Here is an example of how your URL would look: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50646250060950?firstname={firstname}&lastname={lastname}

    The form ID for your first form

    The form ID for your second form without the {}

    The URL for your second form

    I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.

    Is this information closed to me?

    Is this some kind of code, that I don't know about?

    Can I do this as I am just a normal person with no code training?
