I am receiving the Following Blank Forms are every other week or so.
I would like to know why these Forms are being sent Blank as I selected the 'Red Star' Option so that a client must fill in the information required.

I have left out my own email in this example and replaced it with (MY EMAIL). I would like to know if there is a problem, thus, someone is trying to send an inquiry and somewhere along the process something is causing the message to appear blank to me. I have sent myself a message and it appeared fine when I tested it. However, people use different computers and software so my test is not 100%.

Please accept our apologize regarding this issue.
It is most probably that required condition failed due to some bug. In order to prevent it in the future, please try to use an iFrame option to embed your form.
