Configurable List widget: How to limit the number of characters that can e enetered?

I have to fill only 10 digits. It should not be less and not more than that. How will you do it?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not currently feasible to limit the number of characters that can be entered into the Configurable List widget textbox or number. I would suggest using a Short text element. Let me show you how:

• On the Form Builder page, click on the Add Form Element.
• Under the Basic tab, drag and drop the Short Text element on your form.
• Click on the element's gear icon to open its Properties.
• Under the Options tab, set Validation to Numeric.
• Set the Character Limit to On and input the minimum and maximum characters you prefer.

With regard to limiting the number of characters in the Configurable list widget, I've gone ahead and escalated it as a feature request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
