When I receive an email notifying me of a submission, the email subject line is from a form that I cloned off of. Please, how can I update/correct this?

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to update the subject line of the submission emails. Is that correct?
You can change the subject line of your submission emails by editing your form's email alert. Please check the screenshot below on how to edit the subject line of your email alert:
