Trying to upload file and I get error message that file cannot be bigger than 1024Kb

I recently upgraded to the $10 a month

jotform  to collect radio submission

on  my site.And when I try to upload a mp3

just as a test to make sure people will be

able to upload their music

it said's that the song is too big

I even try converting it smaller

,same thing happens.Attach is a screen shot.
