Show text field if a certain option is choosen in the dropdown field

I'm sure I'm overlooking the obvious here but I need a text field to appear if a certain option is chosen in my dropdown menu. In other words, this text field is hidden unless they choose a certain option on the dropdown menu.

Any info appreciated!
