I have tried to reset my account password and have not had any success. The pop up screen that comes up says its going to send it to me but only lists <br /><br /> as the email address. I have tried the reset password feature several times and have not received anything in my email box.

Issue resolved. I feel dumb.
Check the junk mail folder. All of the email reset requests went to my junk mail folder.
Always, Always, Always - Check that first. :)

PS: Spam, Trash/Junk and Bulk email folders, usually in that same order for webmail account and in the email clients - in case it is ever needed again.
