Can we have quantity field on our form that depends on current availability?

can i input the blockage for client to select. and system can auto to cal. the total no. when blockage is full. then system will show full or cannot select

If I understand correctly Jason, you would like to have a jotform that would offer a limited number of seating and as people purchase the places, the number of available ones drops down until it is not possible to select any more?

i have i more question, regarding the quantity function. we will be design for client to select their carrier, but is it possible set a function once blockage is full. then will show on waiting list button for guest to select

for example

case A - client can select all item

Carrier         Blockage

ABC carrier   30 seats

DEF carrier    20 seats

GHK carrier   30 seats

case B - client can select ABC carrier fir waiting list and allow choose other 2 item for seat protection. if cannot. please advise other choice to presentation to our client

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want you to accept and display waiting list client when no quantity is available in "Quantity Gift Registry". Is that correct?

Please be noted that Quantity Gift Registry widget will not allow the specific product to be selected if the quantity is not available. Please check the screenshot below:

You should actually add another checkbox question which users should be able to select to add them to waiting list.

Unfortunately the ability to use the quantity for the gift registry in conditions is not available at the moment.

Which question do you want to show when the Stay Behind option is Yes? kindly provide this bit so we can be able to guide you on how to achieve it
