How To Save The Data In The Form By The User Before The Submission DoneAsked by Karena Loo on March 10, 2015 at 02:15 AM
Good day to you.We have created a staff claim form. One question, if our staff not manage to fill in the form in the same day, they might want to save what they have filled up and may be the next day they will continue with it then only do the submission part. So, they gonna save it, is there any save button?
Yes this is possible. You can save the information entered in each field of the form. This method stores the information entered in the browser cache which will automatically populate the fields with previously entered information. Here is how you can get this done:
Once you click Save, this feature will be activated.
However, you also have another option that will allow your users to submit the form and have an edit link sent in their Auto Responder so that they can make changes later. You can review this guide for more details on how to get this done: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-to-Continue-Later
I hope this helps. Feel free to let us know if further assistance is needed.
