Dear Support Team,
I have been unable to download the tabulated submissions in Excel, CSV or PDF.
It showed that it was downloading, and then either it showed it has downloaded or failed in the downloading.

I checked your account and since you only have one form, I checked that form to make sure I was indeed able to download the Excel report. When I tried, I was able to download the complete report without issue:
When I viewed the sheet to make sure that it was complete, all the data was indeed included.
You may want to clear your browsers cache and cookies to see if that helps. If not, try another web browser if possible.
If you are still unable able to download the excel report of your submissions, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

I downloaded via another way, that is by clicking on "Report" on the top bar and then "Add New Report" and it worked. Thank you.

Thank you for letting us know that you were able to resolve the issue.
I assume you were referring to the Excel Report that resolve the issue.
