    Hi erics1019,

    I would suggest that you make the form width a little wider. If this is not possible, make the font size of the field labels smaller and also make the field boxes shorter.

    Please try these tips and hopefully it will be of relevance to you. Have fun using JotForm!

    You can see the different version on your iPhone because it is the optimized mobile version of your form. Please take a look at the following thread to know how to get rid of mobile version:

    Hi Eric,

    First, you need to download your form source code, to do that please visit this guide:

    After downloading the files, you can find form.css inside CSS Folder>>Styles

    You can now then find this code, remove it and all the lines below it.

    @media only screen and (max-device-width: 550px){

    Just for clarification You need to download that source code, remove the line my colleague mentions from form.css, then upload all the associated files(that you have just downloaded) to your own web server.

    Please let us know if we can be any other assistance.

    Hi Eric,

    Sorry for my late reply, in order your form to work, all downloaded files should be uploaded back in your webserver (e.g. your website like www.yoursite.com/myform.html) where myform.html is the html file of your form after uploaded, after that you can now then embed your form using the iframe code, you can use the code below as your guide.

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="www.yoursite.com/myform.html" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:465px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Just change the URL (e.g. www.yoursite.com/myform.html) to your form URL, and customize the iframe settings  to your like.

    I hope you got the idea. If you need further assistance, just let us know. Thank you and have a good day!

    Hi eric,

    idarktech has had a quick ask round our support team to see if anyone has access to iWeb, none of us do, so we are unable to give precise instruction on how to upload files to a webserver from the iWeb application.

    You are going to have to sift through the iWeb help files and see if you can figure it out yourself. it should be a relatively simple process.

    abajan, another member of JotForm support *may* have access to iWeb. He has been sent an email, he may be able to help you out when he reads it.
