Apologies for the inconvenience, it is highly probable that the reason for this is that the user who uploaded the images may have experienced premature uploading or transferring of file data which causes the image or file to be corrupted. I would advise that you contact them and ask for the files directly.
But, I will escalate this to our developers and back end team so that they can take a closer look and check if there's a problem related to uploading files.
