    Why are some of my fields not being emailed?

    I selected one of your form templates.  I removed a couple of input fields, and added a couple of new ones. However, when I click submit, only the information types into the original fields gets emails, whilst the new fields are not included in the email?

    Hi,

    If you have added, delete or edited the fields, you might need to check the email template to make sure that you are getting the correct form fields.

    1. Click "Emails" and choose a notification to edit.

    2. Here you can totally change the presentation of your email notification, to use the proper form fields, you need to click them at the right side, when you make changes in the form, there are instances that the field tag name also changes. 

    You'll need to re-add the form field tags to make sure that you are capturing the correct form fields.
