Hi! Tried to log in and could not. The password reset is also not working for some reason = tried 2 different browsers. Any chance someone can help?

I found your email account in the bounce list. This was the reason you could not reset the password via the email.
I have now removed your email account from the blocked list.
Please retry again resetting the password using the 'Forgot Password' link in the login page at https://www.jotform.com/login
