I created a form that I would like my clients to fill the info and email back to me, but I cannot figure out how to do so

Hello 3dPhotoaz,
It seems you have successfully built your form. If I understand your requirement correctly, you want receive the submitted details to your email address after the form is submitted. Is that correct?
Here are the steps you should follow:
