How to remove form in the created folder?

How do you edit or remove or add a document to a group?

You can remove the form from your created folder in just a few steps. Here's how:

1. On My Forms page, click on your Folder on the left of the page.
2. Next, hover your mouse over the folder name beside the form title.
3. Then click on the x button to remove it from the folder.
