Error "Unable to get the size of the image" when trying to create a PDF formAsked by bhds on March 11, 2015 at 01:05 PM
I need to create a PDF version of one of our forms, but when I used the "Create PDF Form" option I got the following error message:
TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image: /tmp/43273828072962-92.png
Please would you fix this problem so that I can create the PDF that I need?
I see what you mean. I was able to recreate the issue with your jotform and its clone.
I will raise this to our developers to explore and see what might be the reason for this.
Once they resolve the issue they will update you about it through this thread.
The error you mentioned was fixed and i could create pdf of your form, thanks for the heads up.
Still when i created pdf of your form i could not see submit button. If you do not need your pdf to be submitted it seems perfect, otherwise i am still working on it.
We have made several improvements on PDF forms lately. I tested your form and your PDF form has these problems; some fields do not fit into PDF and it was not submitting. We solved all these issues and it is working very well now. You can see that when you re-create your PDF form. Thanks for your patience.
