Still not Receiving Emails

My colleague has contacted you a few times to let you know that I am not receiving emails with multiple different contact forms.  You indicated to her that my email address  ( OffcntGuy@aol.com) was accidentally being treated as spam so my email address was placed on the "Bounce List" and emails to me were blocked but that you removed my email from the Bounce List.

Although I have checked the bounce list and my email address is no longer listed on it I am still not receiving emails.

The primary username on our account is adminLLS and the contact forms that I should be receiving emails for include:

OG Contact Form     at this page:  https://www.officiantguy.com/contactus.html

Final Marriage License Info      at this page:   https://www.officiantguy.com/license_info.html

Please assist me in remedying this issue.

    Thank you,

    Chris Robinson

    Hi,

I checked our mail logs for the address "OffcntGuy@aol.com" and it appears several emails have failed to be sent via your notifications and resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list once again.

    For your form:

    http://www.jotform.com/42566538564970

One of your notifications is set to be sent from your service, to your service and may not be properly set up.  This is causing the emails to bounce and place you on our bounce list:

Replacing this with "noreply@jotform.com" the same as you did for your other notification associated with this form, it should allow for your notifications to come through more consistently.

I removed you from our bounce list again so the emails should be sent.  I would recommend updating your notifications to be sent from us however, since they do not seem to be able to complete when sent from your address.

I have done what you suggested and I am still receiving emails.

I did what you told me and made the sender noreply@jotform.com and sent out a test email and still not getting emails to OffcntGuy@aol.com. I made sure it wasn't on the bounce list before I sent the contact form.

    Please advise.

    Hello Chris,

Upon checking your email address OffcntGuy@aol.com, I found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reason:

Result: OffcntGuy@aol.com is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : reject

I have removed it from our bounce and it should be working fine now. I would suggest you to test your form again by sending a test submission and see if you are receiving submission emails.

    Thank you!

Thank you but I am still not receiving emails from either of the forms.  I filled out and submitted both forms and received no emails.

According to our mail logs, your address appears to be entered incorrectly or is rejecting emails from our servers:

The emails are properly set to be sent via "noreply@jotform.com" but they are still failing to complete.  If you address is "offcntguy@aol.com" rather than "OffcntGuy@aol.com" that may be what is causing the issue.  You can also try changing the notifications to "noreply@formresponse.com" to see if using our alternate address allows the emails to get through.

I think I figured this out.

I created another notifier that went to another AOL account and it was again not received. Then I changed it to a NON-AOL account and it went through.

That works for us, but you might address that issue for AOL users.

If AOL addresses are specifically the problem, you can also try whitelisting our address with them:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues

AOL is notoriously strong with blocking emails.
