    Not all uploaded documents get shown in emails - only one even if multiple were uploaded

    Hello again,

    Everything has been running smoothy but I have ran into another problem. It may be on all of the forms but I had a customer attach 2 documents and only 1 showed up in the "Color Form". It recently been happening and I do not know why. I tried it myself and attached 3 and only 1 showed up.

    Could you please tell us what are the submissions missing files?

    I took a look at it and it seems to show multiple files being added to it as well.

    Yes that is it. A few of our customers lately have been adding multiple files (Which I have 3 files that can be attached) They have sent 2 or 3 but we only would receive 1 file. I filled out the form myself and attached 3 documents and only the first document showed up in our email, not all 3.

    Oh, OK. I understand. The issue is with the emails, not with entire jotform.

    I was under the impression that you can not get to them at all and I was able to see them in your Submission Panel.

    I now see the issue. Your email shows this:

    As you can see it has {file1} tag which creates the link to the document of the first file upload field.

    To see the other fields you should add the {file2} and {file3} tags to the place where you want the links to be shown to you.
