Form is not redirecting to the custom thank you page URL.

    There are 3 problems:

    1. I created a upload image form. I want the customer to upload their photo and then be directed back to my thank you page on my website. This is not happening now it!  It was doing this in the past but not now???  

    2. When I tested a photo (file) upload it did not let me know by sending me a notice to my email addresses.

    3. I have an upload form that I created for my iPhone version of my site. It does fill the area of the screen.

    It's TOO SMALL. You have to enlarge it with your fingers to even see the info panels.  I thought these were responsive web forms. They do not fill the iPhone screen.

    Hello Bob,

    I did test your form which you have embedded in your web page and it seems to work as expected. When I sent a test submission, I was correctly redirect to the custom thank you URL you have set in your form. Please check the screenshot below:
