Form is not displaying as a mobile version on the embedded websiteAsked by RobertStewart on March 12, 2015 at 12:37 PM
3. I have an upload form that I created for my iPhone version of my site. It does fill the area of the screen.
It's TOO SMALL. You have to enlarge it with your fingers to even see the info panels. I thought these were responsive web forms. They do not fill the iPhone screen.
Please see "upload photo" on my web site and mobile version if you can
It seems that the form was loaded in a desktop like view on that specific part of the page. Could you try re-embedding the form using the iFrame code instead. Here's a guide on that: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
You could also check this guide on how to make your form mobile responsive, you might have missed a step: http://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-forms-Mobile-Responsive.
Do let us know if the problem still persist even after the solutions above.
