Guys - I have sent a few additional responses to an earlier ticket in order to get resolution to some critical form issues. Unfortunately, no responses or resolution has been created to date.
Support is critical to any organization and if I'm going to use and promote JotForms to my customers, I do need your "timely" support.
Who do I need to e-mail in order to escalate this issue! Please advise. Thx.

I did a check on your latest post entries and I can see that a feature request ticket was submitted http://www.jotform.com/answers/517222 - is that the thread your are referring to? Sorry about the delayed time for our response regarding your request.
Currently, your ticket is escalated to our development team and set to an important status. I am afraid I am not able to say when your issue will be resolved but I can assure that as soon as there is an update re your request, you will be notified via that thread. I would recommend that you make future updates on that thread so that we can properly track your issue.
