    How safe is this form going to be for customers to fill out this form?

    It should be okay, provided you use the secure version of the form in question and remove all sensitive information* from the "Compose Email" section of email alerts (notifications and autoresponders).

    1. Load the form into the form builder and while on the Setup & Embed tab, click Embed Form
    2. Check Secure Form before obtaining the link from the Embed Form Wizard.

    *By "sensitive information", I'm referring to the tags in the "Answer" column of the "Compose Email" section of the email alert: Tags that would render the entries given by the user in the "Credit Card Number", "Mother's Maiden Name" fields and so on.
