What if I exceed my form limit for a month?

    Hello Folks,

I'm working with the basic free version but I know I need to upgrade as I'm about to launch a service.

If I start with the premium version, what happens if I run past my 1,000 forms in a month? Will it automatically kick up to the economy version at 10,000 a month?

    Thanks!

    todd

    Hello Todd,

Please be noted that once you upgrade to premium subscription plan which gives 1000 submissions per month and then exceed the submission limit of 1000 submissions, you will receive a warning email saying that you have exceeded the submission limit. We will also give you a time frame when your forms will be disabled. If you upgrade to higher subscription plan, your forms will not be disabled. But if you do not upgrade to higher plan within this time frame, all your forms will be disabled.

    Hope this answers you query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
