Questions regarding Free accounts

    Hi. I am migrating over from forms central.

     

    Right now I want to use the free account to see how it goes. 

    Questions:

    1. What happens if I get to 100 submission in a month--do I get a notice? Do those get blocked? Does the month start on the first, or on the first day I signed up?

     

    2. Where can I see how much space I use?

     

    3. If I go to a subscription, is it possible to get an invoice?

    Hi,

    Let me see if I can run down your questions in order:

    1. What happens if I get to 100 submission in a month--do I get a notice? Do those get blocked? Does the month start on the first, or on the first day I signed up?

    When you get close to the submission limits for your account, you will receive a notice by email.  Should you go over your limits, you will have 2 days or so to upgrade your account.  If you don't, the forms will be disabled until the next submission limit reset.  This reset occurs on the first off every month, regardless off when you signed up.

    2. Where can I see how much space I use?

    When you click on the little person icon in the top right, a popup will show you your current account limits and usage:

    3. If I go to a subscription, is it possible to get an invoice?

    You will receive an invoice with each payment.  You can also check your invoices from your JotForm account at any time:

    1. Click on the icon found on the upper right part of the screen on most of the JotForm pages.

    2. Click Account

    3. Select Billing

    4. Click Invoices

    You can then click View to view your invoices.
