Wordpress embed: Conditions not working on embedded form

I use this plugin: http://apps.jotform.com/app/form_generator_for_wordpress and still have problems with conditional fields showing when they shouldn't.

Error occurs in Chrome, IE and Firefox. The form at its Jotform address appears to work fine.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem yet?

    Hi,

If I understand you correctly, the conditions in your form is not working if it is embedded on a Wordpress website right?

Can you please share the web page URL where the form is embedded? And also, the URL of the form you're referring to. There are 62 forms on your account.

There is a possibility that the scripts on your form and the scripts on the web page are having conflicts with each other. If possible, can you try using the iFrame method.

    Thank you.

Thanks. The iFrame meyhod seems to be working for now. Have had some problems with this in the past so hopefully it's ok moving forward.
