How can I create a home screen to redirect users to different forms?

    Dear Sir

    I am trying to create a metro-style / icon-based home screen - that links to different JotForms.

    How do i insert links (upon click) to each of these icons in my current form?  So that upon click, other jotforms are opened within this page and there is a return button to get back here.

    I've included in it an image radio button widget to allow the users to select where they want to go and used conditional Thank you page redirection to send the users to the right page when they click the Go button.
