I Am Unable to Apply Discount Coupon Codes to Individual Products

    I want to have specific products to not be included in the application of a discount code.

    When I select Products I do not see a list of items to choose the items I want to deselect from applying the discount.

     

    Please advise.

    Upon cloning your jotform I discovered that it's the HTML tags used to make the product text red and bold which is causing the problem:

    Once you remove those tags (both the opening and closing ones) the coupon section will function correctly.
